CLASSIC CATERPILLAR TUNNEL

  • Width of 14 up to 16 feet (adjustable width) or of 20 feet.
  • Bow spacing: 4, 6 and the basic 8 feet (depending on weather conditions). Hoops can be moved closer together to give the tunnel more rigidity.
  • Height: 91″ (or according to the type of work done on the greenhouse).
  • Galvalum 16 Ga steel tubes, 1-1/4″ diameter, preformed, giving more rigidity to the structure.
  • Rebar anchoring system ensures solid fixation and quick movement of the tunnel.
  • Fastening ropes connected to the anchors to tight the polyfilm on the hoops.
  • 6 mil polyfilm that diffuses light well while protecting from the elements.
  • Purlin 1″ flat polypropylene strap (UV protect)
  • End wall kit and door options available

GOTHIC CATERPILLAR TUNNEL

  • Width of 16 feet
  • Bow spacing: 4, 5 and the basic 6 feet (depending on weather conditions). Hoops can be moved closer together to give the tunnel more rigidity.
  • Galvalum 16 Ga steel tubes, 1-1/4″ diameter, preformed, giving more rigidity to the structure
  • Height: 108” (or according to the type of work done on the greenhouse’s top).
  • Cross bracing at each hoop to increase robustness (height under cross bracing =81″)
  • Solid tubing purlin and wing bracing that add more rigidity to the structure.
  • End wall kit and door options available
  • Permanent ground post anchoring system
